Registered Nurse – Acute CareSchedule: Shift: Days and Nights - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - On-Call: As neededRequirements: Minimum 1 year RN experience - Compact license in hand at submission - Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS - Charting Experience: Epic requiredRoles & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in an acute care setting. Monitor and assess patient health, implementing appropriate interventions as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform procedures such as IV starts, central venous access, and emergency medication administration. Document patient care in electronic health records accurately and timely.Compliance / Notes: Orientation: 40 hours - Pre-approved time off: 1 request allowed - Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays if required: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day - Local radius: 50 miles; local rule accepted at a lower bill rate - Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits
