Lead fun, engaging tours that highlight our property’s standout features and leave prospects excited to join the community. Stay proactive with timely follow‑ups that turn interested prospects into happy, satisfied residents. Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately , ensuring a seamless move‑in experience. Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver clear resident communications, maintain daily reports, and power up marketing initiatives. Keep our model and vacant apartments sparkling — always ready to impress and inspire. Drive community buzz every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight.
