Lab Assistant - Part Time

Job Posting Involved with registration, collection, processing, and quality control of specimens, receives and instructs patients, processes lab orders and distributes laboratory reports. Part Time, 40 hours per pay period, 1st/variable shifts, 8 hours per shift Part Time, 32 hours per pay period, variable shifts, 8 hours per shift High School Diploma. Ability to read, speak and write English effectively; and be able to demonstrate skill in communication, both written and spoken. Proficient use of computers. Phlebotomy training certification preferred. Experience preferred. Works with infectious and/or hazardous biological and chemical materials. Work is stressful at times. This job involves direct patient care. High School or better.
