Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: - Current BLS certification - Current PALS certification - Current ACLS certification - Current TNCC certification - Current NIHSS certification Description: The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. Critical thinking and assessment skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is necessary for optimal patient outcomes. Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions is required. Adherence to protocols and adherence to best practices is expected. The role includes patient assessment, triage, and implementation of care plans. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is necessary. Strong communication skills are critical for interaction with patients and families.
