Job Description

Review and verify monthly financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) for accuracy

Identify, investigate, and correct accounting errors

Generate financial packages using PayHOA accounting software

Reconcile two separate bank accounts monthly against physical bank statements

Coordinate with external CPA to prepare and provide required documents for tax filings and audits

Process vendor payments through PayHOA software

Collect, organize, and maintain vendor documentation

Coordinate with state authorities regarding gross receipts tax payments

Perform accounting cleanup and reconciliation work as needed

Must Haves

This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines

Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (must demonstrate solid understanding of accounting principles and how transactions work)

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements

Strong bank reconciliation skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Nice to Haves

Experience with PayHOA accounting software (training provided through built-in modules)

U.S. business experience
