Construction Project Coordinator

Job Purpose Project Coordinator is responsible for promoting a positive and organized environment as well as providing clerical support to the VP of Community Improvement as well as other office staff and partners in the field. Key Responsibilities Assists with administrative duties (i.e. typing, filing, copying, sorting mail, etc.) as requested by the supervisor Responsible for processing hotel requests for all departments as needed under the new travel policy of the company Follows up on where the different division are in the company and maintains in the weekly schedule Maintains schedules for the painters Collects weekly payroll time sheets and PTO requests and submits to for Payroll processing Enters in routine CER’s when needed for Pruitt Health Construction Enters in project CER ’s for the renovation projects for Corporate Development Builds and maintains scopes for the project CER’s Sets up and files info into the different Project CER’s as needed. Coordinates information related to construction and renovation projects. Communicates with vendors, contractors, and internal /external customers Coordinates, organizes, and communicates corporate standard manuals. Coordinates and organizes material or information as needed for the P&L review Sets up meetings and conference calls as needed Maintains vehicle tag renewals and VIN numbers on the different company vehicles.
