Manufacturing Support Technician – Aerospace

Wallingford, CT | 1st Shift | Full-Time

This is a hands-on role supporting production operations while learning valuable skills in a precision manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Support daily production activities throughout the manufacturing facility
• Move raw materials, parts, and finished products between departments
• Assist with machine operation and production processes through on-the-job training
• Clean, deburr, inspect, label, and package precision aerospace components
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide support wherever needed to help keep production on schedule

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes

Physical Requirements
