Our team cares for patients with a variety of complex medical conditions, including pulmonary, cardiac, and neurological disorders, as well as post-operative surgical patients requiring an elevated level of nursing care. CCSU also provides specialized care for ventilated tracheostomy patients.All team members participate in comprehensive hospital, nursing, and unit-specific orientations designed to support a successful transition into the role. Unit-specific competencies and core skills are completed during the orientation process to ensure confidence and clinical excellence.Our interdisciplinary team includes Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care.
