About the Role The Store Manager will fully immerse themselves in Pandora’s brand, culture and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working closely with the team to drive sales. The Store Manager will coach and manage a team consisting of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates. Coaching and inspiring the sales team, fostering accountability for performance, providing real‑time feedback and guidance. Foster lasting connections with fans to build loyalty beyond transactions. Network and collaborate to attract top talent across seasonal and core hiring for Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations. Apply expertise in talent, brand, operations and fan experience to implement visual merchandising, streamline processes and support talent development. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrated results‑oriented leadership with 3–5 years’ experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and a proven track record of delivering positive results. Talent magnet: proven in recruiting, retaining and developing high‑performance teams, including succession planning and internal mobility. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems. Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds and arrive on time.
