Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Room setting within a small Critical Access Hospital
• Manage care across multiple service lines including Inpatient, Swing Bed, and Observation Status
• Support Outpatient therapy services as needed within the facility
• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities to effectively transition between varying patient care environments

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior Emergency Room experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Experience working in a Critical Access or rural hospital setting
• Comfort working in a high-variability environment with diverse patient populations and care settings
