Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong trustworthiness and reliability, with the ability to handle cash responsibly. Basic knowledge of store operations and security procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash management software. Leadership or team supervision experience. Familiarity with inventory control and loss prevention techniques. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Certification in first aid or emergency response. Responsibilities: Open and close the store according to company procedures, ensuring all security measures are followed. Manage cash handling processes including cash register operations, deposits, and reconciliation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales efforts. Supervise and support team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Conduct routine inspections of the premises to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Report any incidents, discrepancies, or maintenance needs to management promptly. Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock. Skills: The Keyholder uses strong organizational skills daily to manage opening and closing tasks efficiently and securely. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
