Healthcare Payor Solutions Architect- BPS Company: NTT DATA Services Job Title: Healthcare Payor Solutions Architect- BPS Location: Hybrid/Remote Type: Full-Time Role Overview: You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture. Key Responsibilities Understand Healthcare client workflows (Insurance, Payor) and pain points Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption Required Skills 10+ years in Healthcare Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPS Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands‑on NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.
