Job Title: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – Travel – 13 Weeks, 36 hrs/week, 12‑hour night shifts, Osage Beach, Missouri Job Details Specialty: Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12‑hour nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment; evaluate equipment for safe function; report malfunctions to the director. Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples per procedure guidelines. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to deliver optimal patient care. Respond promptly to emergent situations requiring respiratory support. Qualifications & Requirements Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with at least 1 year of recent acute care experience. Valid NBRC‑CRT, BLS, and ACLS certifications (PALS, NRP may be required in some settings). Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty; lift 20 pounds comfortably and patients up to 50 pounds when necessary. Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
