Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

What You’ll Do As a Loan Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. Your responsibilities include: Building and maintaining client relationships with borrowers, realtors, and referral partners. Leveraging company-provided leads to expand your pipeline. Originating and closing both purchase and refinance loans. Managing multiple deals with urgency and attention to detail. Meeting monthly production goals with the support of our operations and marketing teams. What We’re Looking For Active NMLS License (required). Minimum 3 years of recent mortgage origination experience. Strong track record of production and sales performance. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to digital mortgage platforms. Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work independently.
