With top tier product expertise and a unique approach to the market, Woodland Direct offers its customers the very best experience in fire.About the Position:You will be responsible for proper management of phone calls, customer support, and web inquiry leads for the purpose of providing a world class customer experience.Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone callsIdentify and access the customer needs to maintain high customer satisfactionMeet sales and service goalsLearn product linesStudy and implement the Woodland Sales MethodologyFulfill the certification requirements for NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certificateFulfill the call center scheduled shift requirementsSR is responsible to transfer calls and inquiries to TSR/SSR team for items that are outside of the training scopeProper management of all leads and ticketsOther duties as assignedQualifications:People, selling and organizational skillsComputer and internet proficiencyAbility to type at least 30WPMTechnical sales abilityConsistent punctualityAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingSelf-motivated with the ability to work with a large degree of independenceEducation:High school diploma or equivalent requiredThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorshipCompensation commensurate with experienceJob Type: Full-time with benefits availableWoodland Direct Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
