Location: Stamford, CT 06901

Pay Range: $50–$65/hour

Annualized Range: Approximately $102,700–$133,500 per year based on a 39.5-hour work week

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional concierge-level patient care while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience
• Build trusting relationships with patients through outstanding communication and education
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and identify signs of periodontal disease or oral pathology
• Review and document complete medical histories, chief complaints, and clinical findings
• Capture high-quality diagnostic radiographs and intraoral images
• Perform preventive hygiene procedures in accordance with the dentist's treatment plan
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to any unexpected clinical situations
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with dentists and fellow team members to provide outstanding patient care
• Follow all infection control and OSHA protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Connecticut
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical knowledge of comprehensive dentistry and preventive care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for educating patients and promoting long-term oral health
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Any additional certifications or licenses required by the State of Connecticut
