Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview Position: Full‑time Physical Therapist • $7,000 sign‑on bonus Join Powerback, a leading provider of physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. We deliver personalized care to older adults and children across skilled nursing centers, assisted living, independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home‑based settings. Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy services. Design and implement programs aimed at restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients’ physical abilities. Adapt treatment approaches to meet diverse patient and setting requirements. Collaborate with peers, refer patients when additional care is needed, and teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence. Report findings and progress to the Director of Rehabilitation. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a Physical‑Therapy‑related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus at least five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.
