- Lead and mentor crew members on job sites
- Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing jobs as assigned
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Assist in training junior technicians on proper techniques and safety
- Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines meet customer needs and follow company standards
- Communicate with customers and office staff in a timely manner
- Must be able to safely operate company-owned commercial vans and transport tools, materials, and equipment
- Manage materials and tools inventory
- Additional tasks as assigned
- Hands-on drywall finishing experience with minimum 3 years experience
- Should have strong knowledge on drywall materials, tools, and installation methods
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be legally authorized to operate a motor vehicle in Illinois
- Fluent in reading and writing English
- Reliable, hardworking self-starter who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can independently manage tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- May have texture matching skills across varies types, though not required can expect training opportunities to support growth
- Basic painting skills for small repair jobs
