Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support patients and families, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions and respond effectively to changing needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
