Pharmacy Operations Supervisor

Pharmacy Operations SupervisorOxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor for a direct hire, onsite opportunity. This role will lead a team supporting pharmacy benefits, insurance verification, claims, and patient outreach operations.The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership experience along with a background in pharmacy, healthcare, medical insurance, or a related highly regulated environment.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmacy benefits, claims, insurance verification, and/or patient support specialistsManage daily workload distribution, staffing coverage, productivity, and service levelsMonitor individual and team performance against established metrics and operational goalsConduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and develop improvement plans when neededSupport recruiting, interviewing, and selection of new team membersOversee onboarding and training to ensure employees are prepared to perform effectivelyIdentify workflow or process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and consistencyPartner with other operational teams to resolve issues and maintain a high level of serviceAddress performance concerns through coaching and appropriate corrective actionRequirements:5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or people management experienceExperience leading teams in a metrics-driven, high-volume operational environmentPharmacy, healthcare, medical insurance, pharmacy benefits, claims, or related industry experienceStrong coaching, performance management, and team development skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
