Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited family medicine residency.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active Massachusetts medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
