Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to support our daily operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered equipment to unload incoming shipments

• Use RF scanners to receive, process, and stock products accurately

• Replenish pick bins and maintain inventory levels

• Utilize a Voice Collect headset to pick and stage orders efficiently

• Pick merchandise manually or using forklifts for customer and internal orders

• Load outbound freight onto trailers safely

• Ensure products are properly positioned and secured for transport

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines

Required Skills

• Experience in inventory management and order picking

• Proficiency in operating forklifts, including high-reach equipment

• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems

Additional Qualifications

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods

• Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed

• Dependable with strong teamwork and attendance

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREDERICKSBURG, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.25/hr.
