Chief Financial Officer
A large and growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership while maintaining hands-on operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Oversee revenue cycle, accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and business planning
- Support operational and expansion efforts across multiple locations
Key Qualifications:
- CFO or senior healthcare finance leadership experience
- Multi-site healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Surgery or procedural practice experience is a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong operational and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and organizational growth
- Ideal Candidate: A visionary leader who can think strategically while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day financial operations.
