Inventory Control Coordinator

Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Perform cycle counts; identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Conduct physical inventory per client request. Communicate with shipping, warehouse, and kitting team and returns about inventory issues. Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels on our WMS system. Report inventory accuracy status to management. Must be attentive to any email inquiries: stock variances, dock/location searches; adjustment request. Monitor replenishment tasks on our WMS system and ensure stock is available for picking an order. Execute quarantine and/or destruction of product when directed. Ensure all product receipts are tagged properly. Ensure all racking is labelled correctly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Provide feedback to manager on the operations and employees. Maintain warehouse sanitation practices; clean, organized, and safe environment. Demonstrate respect for the Company's values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & procedures. Assumes additional related responsibilities as required.

2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a warehouse. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Prior experience on WMS system. Order Picking experience. Previous Inventory experience.

Driven to provide excellent Customer Service with effective customer interaction skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners. Proven communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize work assignments. Comfortable with being directly involved in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working with minimal supervision. Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours when required. Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures. Ability to make sound decisions independently to obtain desired results. Strong interpersonal skills and a proven leadership ability within a team environment. Able to create control tools through effective Office 365 software applications knowledge primarily in Excel, Word, Outlook. Previous experience with warehouse systems. Need to follow and be in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Team Members arrive and leave work at their scheduled time on each scheduled day. Safety. Wears appropriate clothing including PPE and Metro Team Wear. Full Compliance all safety rules.

High school diploma, GED or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must be able to commute to work daily. Ability to work a flexible schedule when required. Able to lift, on average, up to 50 lbs., repetitively and safely. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. Works on the warehouse floor, walking and standing where the noise level is moderate to loud. Exposure to temperature variations in the warehouse. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required, for the duration of the workday to sit or stand at workstation, use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
