MIG/TIG Welder & Fabricator

The MIG/TIG Welder & Fabricator will be responsible for welding and fabricating products for trench and drain systems. Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment with a “safety first” mindset Follow all safety processes and procedures Perform daily and repetitive hand welding operations Operate welding equipment in a safe manner, including voltage and gas regulation and feed rate Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16” Layout and mark weld points on parts or assemblies using tape measure, square, scribe or templates Plan and layout welding sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints or specifications Maintain the desired level of quality required for satisfactory production output Other duties as assigned, such as minor maintenance tasks Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must have welding experience, preferably in manufacturing or fabrication Must pass a drug screen and background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to MIG and TIG weld Education High school diploma or GED preferred Welding certification preferred Supervisory Requirements None Ability to MIG and TIG weld Ability to understand work orders and work instructions as delivered by Manager Ability to withstand extreme temperatures (hot and cold) and outside elements Ability to stand/walk/crouch/bend frequently throughout entire shift Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a steady state of output Must have an eye for detail and ability to identify workmanship mistakes and report to Manager Job Application General Info Work Info Previous Employment General Info Name (Required) First Last Phone (Required) Email (Required) Current Address Street Address Address Line 2 City State / Province / Region ZIP / Postal Code Country #J-18808-Ljbffr
