Position: Developmental Disabilities Payeeship Specialist Location: Dublin, OH Remote Status: On-Site Job Id: 42396 # of Openings: 1 Dublin, OH / $45,000 per year / Full Time / Mon- Fri, 8a-5p Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuest's Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care. ViaQuest offers quality, highly-personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services. Responsibilities may include: Monitor individual’s finances and benefits as outlined in the individual’s service plan and per company policy. Ensure individual’s basic needs such as rent, utilities, etc. are paid consistently and timely. Ensure spending money and petty cash is available at each site per the individual’s service plan. Submit cost of living to county boards, as applicable. Order checks for individuals timely. Set up online bill pay for individuals, as applicable. Review monthly finance packets and complete monthly reconciliation of bank accounts. Work collaboratively with Program Managers and other management to ensure accuracy with individual’s finances. Requirements for this position include: Candidates without a degree but who have 3+ years pf experience in accounting or developmental disabilities will also be considered. Four-year degree in accounting, social services or human services is preferred. Experience working in Microsoft products, such as Excel and Word. What ViaQuest can offer you: Paid training.
