Certified Medical Assistant: Patient Care & Admin Pro

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, playing a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilitie s Greet, prepare, and assist patients during medical visits. Record and update patient history, vital signs, and other clinical information. Support providers during examinations and medical procedures. Administer injections or medications under physician direction. Perform basic laboratory tests, phlebotomy, and EKGs. Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and manage reminders. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA. Ensure exam rooms are properly cleaned, stocked, and maintained. Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and respond to patient inquiries. Assist front desk as needed, including insurance verification and check-in/check-out duties.e Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of a recognized Medical Assistant training program. Certification as a CMA, RMA, or equivalent. CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required depending on setting). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years. P referred Qualifications (if any) Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner). Bilingual communication skills (if applicable).
