We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Temporary Operations Assistant to support our daily banking operations. Responsibilities and Expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Process and complete account verifications and maintain appropriate logs
• Handle deposit account related maintenance tasks
• Provide backup support for additional Deposit Services as needed
• Assist bank staff and customers with deposit-related questions or issues

Compliance, Regulations & Internal Controls

• Follow established Deposit Services policies and procedures
• Adhere to internal control standards and documentation requirements
• Comply with all bank policies and regulatory responsibilities, including but not limited to: Business Ethics and Conduct, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Information Security standards, Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements

Required Skills & Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking or deposit operations experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication with internal teams and customers
• Proficiency with computer systems, especially Windows-based applications
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, and squatting on a regular basis. May require the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands and arms. Requires the ability to carry, lift, move or push up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to talk and listen to others.

Work Environment

This position regularly works in an office setting. Most of the job duties require the employee to be working with computers and electronic media on a regular basis.
