Were seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated and goal-oriented. This role focuses on generating new business through outbound prospecting with warm leads and handling inbound inquiries. You will quote and sell a range of personal lines products while educating clients and guiding them through coverage decisions. Success in this role comes from strong communication, consistent follow-up, and the ability to confidently close business.

• First-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000 with uncapped commissions

• Prospect outbound and handle inbound sales calls
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products
• Build relationships with clients and referral partners
• Develop a pipeline through networking and referrals
• Maintain consistent follow-up to close business
• Deliver strong customer service throughout the process

• Ohio Property and Casualty license is a plus, or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
