Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and identify mental health conditions in clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse array of clients facing varying mental health challenges, including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce. This role requires a sensitive and adaptable approach to working with individuals and families from different backgrounds, recognizing the unique contexts in which they seek help.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
