Role: Human Services Professional - Specialized Responsibilities Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development Support clients in daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners Utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes Complete accurate documentation and maintain client records Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and professional development Respond flexibly to client needs, including some evenings and weekends Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work) Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges preferred Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care Key Attributes Passion for helping individuals and families thrive Strong documentation and organizational skills Flexible and compassionate approach to client support Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering communities, offering meaningful work, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a lasting impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
