About the Position

Company Driver [Solo-OTR - W2 Position]

Solo OTR, All 48 States - No NYC forced dispatch
Earn up to 60 CPM based on application
2,700 – 3,300 average weekly miles
Breakdown/Layover: $100 per day (after 24 hrs)
Detention: $15 per hour (after 2–3 hrs)
Stop Pay: $30–$50 per leg
Referral Bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months
Performance Bonuses including Driver of the Month and Clean Inspections
Pet(dog) & Rider friendly
Full benefits (after 30 days)
Modern Fleet: Kenworths, Freightliners, & Internationals governed at 70MPH
APUs, Refrigerators, & ELD Tablets

Requirements

Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A)
Must have a valid CDL-A
Must have a valid DOT medical card
SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
Must be able to pass a road test
Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
