Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - 2370 per week.

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 36 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Hawaii license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - The Queen’s Health System (Non-MSP - VMS).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Three (3) or more years ICU Staff RN experience excluding travel assignments in large tertiary/quaternary, Level 1 trauma centers.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in mixed Medical/Surgical ICU and/or specialty ICUs preferred. Experience in CRRT desired. Previous ICU Float Pool experience highly desired. Previous Queen’s Health System ICU traveler experience highly preferred.

Required Credentials: Must pass EKG exam with a score of 80% or better during orientation.

Special Requests: Prefer talent without RTO; however, limited RTO will be approved after 30 days on assignment.

Unit Details: Float pool covers Medical ICU (pulmonary, renal, sepsis), Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac/CVICU (OH, ECMO, LVAD, transplants), and Neuro ICU (Neuro IR/neurosurgery). May be assigned as a nursing assistant or safety sitter when not needed on their unit or a similar RN unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating (AM/PM) shifts. Holidays as required.

Floating Requirements: Float to other nursing units based on operational need, including stepdown or telemetry.

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
