• EMR Platform EPIC
• Cleveland, Georgia
• Weekends only Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care seeing 2 and up
• Caring for patients in a growing community
• Well-trained and experienced staff

Working together with Advanced Practitioners like you:
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician s Assistant
• Passion for quality and patient care
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
