DarkHorse está en búsqueda de personal para posiciones de trabajador de carga en el área de Savannah, GA.Turno disponible:

Primer turno

Horario:

El horario puede variar según el almacén asignado. La jornada finaliza una vez que se complete la descarga del contenedor correspondiente.

Descripción del puesto:

Los colaboradores serán responsables de la carga y descarga de mercancía dentro de contenedores, así como de la correcta organización y colocación de los productos en el área asignada. También deberán apoyar en la verificación de inventario, reportar cualquier daño o discrepancia, y seguir en todo momento los protocolos de seguridad establecidos por el almacén.

Responsabilidades principales:

Carga y descarga de mercancía
Organización y acomodo adecuado de productos
Uso de transpaletas y equipo de almacén cuando sea necesario
Revisión básica de mercancía y reporte de inconsistencias
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y segura
Cumplir con todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en almacén o trabajo físico (preferible)
Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras de forma repetitiva
Disponibilidad para laborar en un entorno dinámico y físicamente exigente
Puntualidad y actitud profesional
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
Transporte confiable
Teléfono celular activo y acceso a correo electrónico

Compensación:

El pago es por producción (piece rate), no por hora, lo que permite incrementar los ingresos en función del desempeño y la productividad.
