Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) is seeking a Content Strategist for its Direct Client position in Charlotte, NC. You will shape content strategy, narratives, and voice for the company’s e-commerce bank platform, working within the UX team to improve content across apps, web, and email. You’ll write copy and develop content strategies, leveraging user research, analytics, and usability findings.
