Location: GDCP | Jackson, GA Employer: Centurion Health Position: Registered Nurse (RN) | PRN Schedule: PRN | As Needed Includes weekends and holidays as needed Compensation: $48.00/hr. + Shift Differential: $2.00 (Evening) $3.00/hr. (Nights) + Weekend Differential: + $1.00/hr.

Position Overview: The PRN Registered Nurse (RN) at GDCP in Jackson, GA provides flexible, as-needed clinical coverage and plays a critical role in delivering patient care and supporting overall clinical operations. This position requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and the ability to integrate quickly into an established team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform assessments
• Responding to clinical needs and emergent situations
• Collaborate with providers, mental health staff, and nursing team
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols
• Support continuity of care across shifts

Qualifications

Qualifications (Required): Active RN license in Georgia or compact license (must be in good standing) Current CPR certification (must be active) Required experience in one or more of the following: Behavioral Health, ER, Med-Surg, or Correctional Healthcare Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently in a structured environment

PRN Requirements: Must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per month Must be available for at least 2 weekends per month Must be able to provide some holiday coverage as needed
