$18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Basalite Building Products is one of the largest manufacturers of concrete masonry products in the Western United States. Product lines include structural block, interlocking paving stones, engineered wall systems, retaining walls, ornamental and garden products, and a full range of sack goods. We are a proud member of the Pacific Coast Building Products Family of Companies. Join our production team as a Process Operator .

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment, including splitting, cubing, and packaging machinery
• Perform quality inspections and remove defective products
• Label, tag, and organize finished products
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Assist production operators and support daily manufacturing operations
• Perform equipment cleaning, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to wear required PPE
