Position Student Services / Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location Student Services and Programs Job Goal Assist the Director of Student Services and Programs and Supervisors in providing services for students in compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. Ensure high‑quality, equal educational opportunities for all pupils. Coordinate, manage, and supervise the following: District ASD Programs District MD Programs RBTs Staff training Handle with Care Train the Trainer District behavior plans Responsibilities Provide oversight and coordination of all student services related to autism spectrum and mental health programs. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to maintain quality standards and compliance. Develop and deliver staff training sessions on behavior analytic principles and best practices. Assist in the creation and implementation of district behavior plans tailored to individual student needs. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license. Proven experience as a Behavior Analyst. Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills. In‑depth knowledge of and adherence to applicable ethical codes. Valid driver’s license and own transportation. Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures. Calm, compassionate, empathetic, and patient demeanor. Ability to remain composed and adhere to best practices even under duress.
