Estimator
We're hiring an experienced estimator with a strong background in facade and restoration work to join a busy team based in Long Island City (LIC). This is a high-impact seat supporting active NYC projects and helping price work from bid through award.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing detailed estimates for facade restoration projects (Local Law 11/FISP, waterproofing, masonry, etc.)
- Reviewing drawings/specs, doing takeoffs, scope leveling, and bid packaging
- Coordinating with PMs, field teams, and subs/suppliers for pricing
- Helping with value engineering and change pricing as needed
What we're looking for:
- Estimating experience specifically tied to facade/restoration
- Strong takeoff and bid skills (and comfort reading plans/specs)
- NYC market experience is a big plus
