Licensed Psychologist

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological services across diverse populations. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct thorough assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support clients' mental health and well-being. The Licensed Psychologist will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes through expert psychological evaluation and therapy. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and individual psychological testing, utilizing evidence-based practices. Provide individual, group, and family counseling across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including trauma-related disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, and behavioral health issues. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based interventions. Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up. Collaborate with medical teams and social workers to coordinate patient care plans, especially for clients with complex needs such as disabilities or geriatrics. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Participate in research initiatives to advance clinical practices and contribute to ongoing professional development. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver therapy sessions and conduct mental health assessments remotely. Supervise junior staff or interns as needed, providing guidance on clinical best practices and ethical standards. Stay current with developments in psychology, including advancements in behavioral health treatments for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution. Valid licensure as a Psychologist in the respective jurisdiction. Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, or individuals with disabilities. Proficiency in mental health diagnostics, psychological testing, and behavioral health assessments. Strong background in evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-focused therapy. Experience working with neurodevelopmental disorders like autism spectrum disorder and trauma-related conditions such as PTSD. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and remote assessment tools. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and clinical ethical guidelines. Supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to mentor junior clinicians is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with diverse populations; culturally competent approach is essential.
