Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance

Supreme Insurance Agency is one of the most successful Allstate agencies in Southern California , and we are expanding our service team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative who takes pride in helping clients, retaining business, and earning more by doing great work.

What You’ll Do

• Service existing Allstate clients (policy changes, billing, coverage questions)

• Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals
  
  
• Identify coverage gaps and write additional policies when appropriate

• Assist with renewals, endorsements, and account reviews

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

• Deliver a high level of professionalism and care on every interaction

Who We’re Looking For

• Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)

• Prior insurance or customer service experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused

• Comfortable identifying sales opportunities without pressure tactics
