What You'll Do
Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist with seating, reservations, phone calls, and to-go orders.
- Provide menus, share daily specials, and communicate special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked host stand.
- Support the Lead Hostess and service team to ensure smooth service.
- Complete opening and closing duties and participate in required meetings and training.
- Maintain a professional, collaborative, and service-focused environment.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Professional, friendly, and hospitality-focused.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with team leadership.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced dining environment.
