Urgent Care - Locums

Clinician Type: PA/NP Unit/Dept: Urgent Care Unit Details: Outpatient Clinic Coverage - Urgent Care walk in patients | No Call Daily Patient Volume: 3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient for both in person and video. 10 Minutes for Telephone visits. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits but likely only doing face to face Additional Providers/Support Staff: Dedicated LVN's and MA's EMR System(s): Epic Lic/Certs : Active CA Lic | BLS | ACLS | DEA | Furnishing License for NP BC/BE : BC Credentialing Timeframe: 12 weeks from time application is submitted. Start Date: ASAC Duration: 3 months Shift: Monday – Sunday 12p-10:30p; Every other Weekend with days off during week. Also will need coverage on holidays | Full Time availability only Housing/Travel: All Inclusive Pay Structure: Preset Notes: Covid Vaccination Preferred – will consider waivers Required Exp : Urgent Care & “Same Day” Visits which are episodic one-off issues as well as coverage with Urgent Care/Same Day. Cold, Flu, Suturing/X-Ray Readings I&D, Fractures, Toenail Removal. Provider is required to have higher acuity experience in either a stand alone urgent cares or ER - minimum 1 year within the last 3 years. Preferred Exp: n/a
