Team Lead - 3rd Shift

Catalent seeks a Team Lead for third-shift clinical trial packaging operations at the Kansas City facility. The role oversees compliance with manufacturing standards, supervises staff, and ensures timely, accurate processing of clinical supply batches.
Responsibilities
- Review packaging batch records for compliance with SOPs and cGMP before and during production
- Inspect drug products, components, and clinical labels for defects and accuracy
- Conduct safety analysis on equipment and drive process improvements
- Provide front-line leadership and staff training when supervisor is unavailable
- Monitor production readiness, coordinate startup activities, and document shift information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in science preferred
- Clinical trial packaging or related manufacturing and operations experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Moderate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality/inventory systems
- Valid corrected vision exam, respirator fit testing, and DEA background clearance
- Manual pallet jack operation experience; willingness to obtain additional certifications
