This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at J.F. Taylor, Inc. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day facility operations
- Organize office events
- Process purchase requisitions for expenses
- Assist the HR team with recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for facility maintenance.
- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive to the office. Direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
