Are you an experienced, licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and finding coverage solutions that fit their needs? Scott Cato Allstate Agency in Plano, TX, is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We're looking for someone who understands the insurance industry and can confidently guide customers through their coverage options. Candidates who are already licensed and have previous insurance experience are strongly preferred .

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up consistently with customers and prospects to provide excellent service and identify opportunities.
• Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations to understand individual insurance needs.
• Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available solutions.
• Develop and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
• Recommend and market appropriate insurance products and services based on each customer's situation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and service process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
• Collaborate with the agency team to achieve individual and agency goals.
• Stay proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer relationships and grow the agency.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license strongly preferred.
• Previous insurance experience strongly preferred; Allstate experience is a plus.
• Genuine interest in helping customers and recommending products based on their individual needs.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
• Friendly, professional, and people-oriented personality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems, CRM tools, and agency technology.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Reliable and professional with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Must live within approximately one hour of the agency's Plano, TX office.
