What You'll Be Doing As a Business Analyst – Project Lead, you'll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across multiple enterprise projects Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams Analyze current business processes and recommend process improvements Create workflows, business process diagrams, use cases, and functional documentation Translate business needs into clear technical requirements Partner with developers, QA teams, architects, and project managers throughout the SDLC Support enterprise application implementations, upgrades, and enhancements Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and issue resolution Monitor requirement changes and maintain project documentation Identify project risks, dependencies, and recommend solutions Develop documentation, training materials, and process guides Communicate project updates with business and technical stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field At least 1 year of Business Analyst experience supporting IBM Cúram At least 1 year of experience supporting government IT projects At least 1 year of experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements At least 2 years of experience supporting Medicaid Eligibility or healthcare insurance systems Experience documenting business processes and business rules Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is highly preferred: Enterprise Business Analysis Business Process Improvement (BPI) Requirements Gathering Gap Analysis User Stories & Use Cases Functional Specifications Workflow & Process Modeling Business Rules Documentation Data Mapping Change Management User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Production Support Cross-functional collaboration Technical Skills Experience with one or more of the following technologies is preferred: Medicaid Eligibility Systems SQL Relational Databases Jira Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process modeling tools API Integrations Ideal Background We're looking for professionals who have supported: Healthcare or health insurance organizations Government technology environments Enterprise software implementations Digital transformation initiatives Highly regulated industries What Makes You Successful You'll be successful in this role if you have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience leading requirements workshops Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong documentation and organizational skills A collaborative, team-first mindset Passion for improving business processes through technology Additional Information Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Candidates must reside in South Carolina or be willing to relocate before their start date #J-18808-Ljbffr
