Lead Anesthesia Technician - OR - Full Time - Days

To coordinate the activities of the anesthesia department. To ensure communication between members of the anesthesia department, GI suite, L&D, OR, PACU. To ensure that all needed supplies and equipment is available and in good working order. To coordinate educational experiences for the RT and EMT students. Join Mercy Hospital Washington as a Lead Anesthesia Technician and help support safe, efficient patient care across the OR, GI Suite, Labor & Delivery, and PACU.

What You'll Do

✅ Coordinate daily anesthesia department operations
✅ Ensure anesthesia equipment and supplies are ready and functioning properly
✅ Support physicians, CRNAs, and surgical teams
✅ Assist with equipment purchasing, inventory, and budgeting
✅ Coordinate RT and Paramedic student rotations
✅ Partner with leaders to support growth and new programs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Anesthesia Technician experience or demonstrated competency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of anesthesia equipment, airway devices, and supplies
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and support multiple procedural areas
