Position Overview

Arlington Baptist School is seeking caring, energetic, and faith-driven Elementary School Teachers for 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms. The ideal candidate will create a positive Christian learning environment while delivering engaging academic instruction that supports both spiritual and educational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach core elementary subjects using curriculum provided by the school
• Integrate biblical principles into daily instruction and classroom activities
• Create a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage Christ-like behavior
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and school ministry activities
• Foster academic excellence and spiritual development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field preferred
• Previous elementary teaching experience preferred
• Strong Christian testimony and agreement with the school’s mission
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with children in a Christian educational environment
